The trip to Gr\u00edmssta\u00f0ir was successful, even though Konrad in the cold 10 m\/s north wind of 4 \u00b0C could only shortly put his healing hands on the station. At first, it was not clear what caused the malfunction, but leaving the station working behind us, we travel towards Reykjav\u00edk. A data analysis in the night then reveals the problem – overheating, what a surprise! The sun and nearly 20 \u00b0C managed to raise the OPC inside temperature to 57 \u00b0C, forcing the system into a safety shutdown. So on the next trip, we need to bring some shade. Meanwhile, a temperature-controlled temporary laser shutdown needs to do the trick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
